There's barely any stores, and the ones left are over priced. Also, the decor sucks. The food court is trying to look like the Rideau center, but they left it looking like a do it yourself home project. Losing Sears was the nail in the coffin for this mall. They can save this mall by putting stores like Winners/Home Sense in replacement of the Sears. They're affordable. The area surrounding the mall is considered "poor". The only thing keeping the place open are the masses of seniors in the food court, and the government building across the street.
