I have been trying to transfer my current home mortage with TD. I am doing this with the help of a mortgage broker. The process has been delayed on numerous occasions taking well over 90 days. I am quite aware of the very busy market at the moment as home are selling at record levels. I cant help but feel that that because my mortage doesnt not involve a million dollar transaction , the little guy just gets lost in the shuffle.
