My daughter had missed her zoom meeting because if a family emergence, I called and explained what had happened and they told me she could start again the next course. I was to phone back at the end of May to find out the date for the next course. I have phoned at least 100 times between myself and my daughter and left many messages with NO CALL BACK! I would think they would call back for I had paid the first installment Good luck trying to call
