As someone not that handy & who doesn’t need a vehicle, random drop-ins for home & garden repairs have been highly productive. Staff finds for me what I need; other useful items are on display and they deliver for me. How great is that?!

The staff is great but they never have anything advertised in the flyer in the store. We have gone so many times for different things and there is nothing in stock or in their big warehouses. We always end up in Ottawa and they have what we are looking for. Management is not on their toes for stopping advertising items that don't exist in the store or warehouses.
