Watch out for the trap, the shoes store CHAUSSURES MONETTE is the trap .. Beware of dealing with CHAUSSURES MONETTE shoe store My daughter (teenager) bought a shoe in November 2019. Upon our return home, I returned it immediately without use. The lady took it, but refused to refund my money, she told me take another product, WHAT? Yes, she said no refund, this is our policy, you must take another product. I tried politely to explain that is not logic, there is not any signboard saying that strange policy. She mentioned a very small words at the tail of the receipt which is printed after payment not before. I spoked to the management of the Les Galeries de Hull - Shopping Centers, but the reply was (we can’t do anything).
