The new manager refused to follow the price policy for me. She raised her voice and publicly humiliated me, infront of staff members, and clients, arguing with me that I was wrong, but wouldn't even get the policy out, to show me how I was wrong. She then stormed off to get the security guard to have me removed from the store! Of course, I wasn't, and no one could understand why she was behaving like this. She was very unstable, & unprofessional!
