I bought a necklace there yesterday and when putting it on this morning, the latch broke off. Clearly it was faulty, I immediately returned to the store today. The owner told me there was a no refund policy and it was my responsibility to check it before I left. He was rude, arrogant and argumentative, he also said I must have mishandled it for it to break. Since the mall has just been sold, I hope you get merchants with more integrity, who will attract customers and not repel them. I will never shop there again.
