I wanted to warn everyone about the 'Royale Couture', a 'Sewing & Alteration' boutique located inside the 'Gallery de Sources' on (sources & bruinswick). Long story short - I dropped off my dd's winter coat to this place to have the zipper fixed. The man who is in the photo said that it would take a week to fix the zipper (which was slightly torn at the bottom) and would cost $40 (cash). I agreed to it and left the coat with him. When I came to pick up the coat today, I noticed that the coat is not only damaged but the zipper doesn't even close... I mean, it was the worst workmanship I had ever seen... And when I confronted it to him, he not only denied ruining the coat but also started yelling at me on top of his lung.. I was scared from this man and had to call the police. The end result - I was told that I would have to sue him to compensate for the damage that he caused.. Obviously, with everything going on.. I just can't afford to go to that length, so I am writing this post with hopes that it would save someone else the pain of going through what I went through.
