It took 2 hours for an eye exam and the selection and pricing of 2 pairs of glasses. The store manager's aggressive nature and raised tone of voice was very unprofessional and quite frankly it ruined my experience. The store was not that busy but she seemed to be running around frantically the whole time I was there. One customer even raised his voice back at her. I won't be going back.

Overall, it was a good experience, the receptionist could be less tense and aggressive when speaking. Also, if I make a request for my glasses to be "rushed", I expect rush. I made two orders and was not called or informed about when my first order arrived. If having my items in rush is FREE, then everyone would want rush, which means it's just a ploy to make customers feel good, and not an actual option they could choose to opt out on.
