I had a very bad experience this Sat morning, Oct 27, 2018 at your store in the Cote St Luc Shopping Centre. After receiving your flyer in the mail on Friday, the day before, I noticed your add for Bath towels reduced to $3.99 that were originally priced at $10.00. I went to the store and the only towels that were outside were the ones advertised at $2.99. I asked the sales lady where are the ones for $3.99 and she pointed outside. After I told here that there were not the ones advertised, she ignored me and kept on cleaning the counter top. Finally, she told a young boy who was sitting on a stool doing nothing, to serve me. He likewise was unable to find the towels. I have shopped at your store several times and for the most part, the service has been good. This time your sales lady was walking around with a chip on her shoulder. This is no way to treat customers. Also, if you advertise something, you could at least have some of the product available. I don't know if it was sold out or it was a bait and switch operation.
