David's price and service was fantastic he went above and beyond the call of duty as when I got home I was having trouble getting my printer to go back online he knew exactly what was wrong and within minutes I was printing thank you David oh yeah go see David

It was delightful to see David again, this morning. I have not seen him since January and wanted to know if he was open. I left an email message asking him to call and let me know when he would be open (as there was no answer this a.m. at 10:10). Regardless, he contacted me and I was able to visit the store which has very recently opened. While wearing the mandatory mask (as enacted by the City of Cote St. Luc), it was wonderful to see him again. He & his family are well. David is so very professional, polite and efficient. He reminded me that I should use my printer once a week, to ensure that the cartridges are functioning properly. He also let me know that cartridges have a "shelf life". He sells cartridges as well as filling your own cartridge. I expect that I will need new ones by the time the ink has run out of the ones he filled today. I will be purchasing them from him. I can't tell you how great it was to see this gentle man today. I recommend David's business to anyone who wants a pleasant shopping experience. I am so happy that he has not gone out of business (as have many places during this awful time).

Somehow my review of Island Ink Jet in Cote St. Luc got deleted. I visited the store in Aug. 2018 and was extremely satisfied. David (the owner) was professional, courteous and I learned so much. For example, don't let your cartridges run out before filling them. Print something weekly. The price is right, the service is friendly. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who wants to get a great deal on printer cartridge refills.
