I am so happy I decided to go in. What a change in this store. The service is outstanding. You literally feel like part of their team. Now when I pass by, they greet me by my first name. The manager is definitely in her element, you can tell her staff is happy and it resonates with the clientele. Thank you for the fun shopping experience.

Arrivée au Ecko, tout d'abord il n'y avait personne dans le magasin pour m'aider à trouver les articles don't javais besoin et pour m'ouvrir les canines d'essayages. Jai du me débrouiller toute seule. En suite arrivé à la caisse, jai attendu tres longtemps avant qu'un employé puisse venir scanner mes articles. En gros Jai trouver le service de plus médiocres.
