This weekend I went to the Rudsak store in Dix30. I saw a pair of winter boots that I really liked, didn't have my size in the color. Since I wanted that exact model, I tried it in another color to see if I can get it in another store. Lady serving me was not pleased when I insisted on trying them even if I was not going to buy (not my color). She didn't even try to look in the system to see if they had it somewhere else when I kindly asked her. It felt like I was forced to buy the other color in my size, she absolutely wanted to close the sale. It is very sad that you have employees that are not smart enough to back off when it is time to. They represent Rudsak in such a poor way. Chitchatting among them when I got in the store. Until I grab a pair of boots, nobody acknowledge me. POOR SERVICE.
