Promised glasses on three different occasions, got them 2 days after the last promised date. Tried to explain my frustration with the manager of the location, when they forgot to tell me I needed to bring my child for the fitting of the glasses(first time getting glasses, so had no idea) and she denegrated me in front of the store, then later on the phone when i requested a reimbursement, told me that she was going to make a complaint to head office about me and hung up on me. She kept shouting at me, ARE YOU SATISFIED? I've honestly never been treated more poorly in any other situation where i've been a customer and this, for an important 400 $ purchase. I'll never return and will also give the same feedback if anyone asks my opinion on the location.
