Friday evening, I went to this TD st David, I explained to the customer service agent, and followed the protocol exactly according to what a TD agent on the phone told me. I presented all the documentations required to assess the issue. Unfortunately, the agent lied to me that what I am looking for does not exist. Immediately, I went to TD Henri Bourassa, follow the same protocol. Then, there they found what I was looking for.
