As a loyal customer for many, many years. I loved shopping at Blue Notes almost every other week! I loved the sales, vibe and style. Until, a specific employee made it very clear, in many ways. That I was not wanted within the store due to her beliefs on my race. The employee felt the need to go as far as having their significant other to personally contact me as they both proceeded to call me down about my race, weight, choice and life style; as someone who is “a dirty native” As well as, getting their S/O to contact my support system and call me down to the absolute lowest. I refuse to walk into the mall itself if I see that employee. Not only because what they have done. But because; As many others, I personally believe it’s completely unprofessional, childish behaviour and 100% unacceptable to be tormenting loyal customers!!
