We bought several items and were very pleased with them all with one exception. The beautiful buffalo hide brief case has a faulty shoulder strap. The brass swivel piece at the point of attachment breaks through the stirrup on the strap when used. It's therefor unusable. I'd like the company to address this problem. I'd send it back but to send something to Canada costs more than the strap is worth. The brief case itself is gorgeous. Thank you.
