I love shopping in your store, however since there is only one check out for cash and all the rest are for credit or debit, the lineup at cash check it out is ridiculous. I was there one day last week and the wait was approximately 20 minutes to check out, if paying cash. While the other lines flow through. I am a Young Senior, with no mobility issues however there were four behind me who are walking with canes or had obvious difficulty with ambulation. We stood and waited. There was a lady directing anybody with credit or debit to other cashiers. But no moved open anymore cashiers for cash transactions. Apparently this is a company policy has this also happens at the other Superstore in Charlottetown, however there they direct you to customer service if the line gets excessive. I asked the lady who was directing the traffic why was this way and apologize for asking because I knew it was a management decision. And she told me I was lucky that any of them took cash. I will not be back to your store for a very long time. This afternoon I went to No Frills in Stratford, all caches were open and all cash has accepted cash debit or credit. Are you not all branches of the same tree?
