Went to Artzzy in Woodbridge twice within a year and a half a part. Terrible experiences with both. Go to HENRY’S across the street for better selection of prints and service! Last year, I went in expecting photos to be printed in 1 hour because the huge sign on the window advertised 1 hr printing. NOPE, they only do 2-5 business days. I spoke to the manager directly to request him to change the sign ... easy fix because, we’ll they’re a printing company right? He apologized and said he would fix it right away. Shook his hand. He never changed the sign. I went back yesterday (1 hour photo sign STILL on the window!) knowing it would take longer for my photos to develop. I sorted through all my iPhone photos at home and placed them into a separate folder in my phone so it would be easy to transfer onto their computers. Upon arrival, I waited 5 minutes for a sales person to finish her conversation on the phone. A business call, I get it. I waited patiently. Then she told me I was NOT ALLOWED to use their computers to transfer photos from my iphone. Computers are customers with USBs only! Really?!!! The sales person made me download the Artzzy App on my phone and told me transfer it onto their website .. then what’s the point of me spending my time going to the store?! Their app was slow and uploading the photos was even slower. The app was confusing and some buttons didn’t work. Then the phone RANG and the damn girl picked up the phone and had another 5 minute conversation with someone else. I waited and waited because I needed help with the app ... I eventually stormed out the store so furious and FRUSTRATED and went straight to Henry’s across the street on the south east side of Weston and 7. The girl didn’t even stop her phone conversation to try to stop me. DO NOT go to Artzzy!! There is a reason why the store has zerrrrooo customers there. You’ve been warned!
