Called 3 times with a question about wedding band and they haven't called back.. it's been 2 weeks. Terrible customer service as no one knows anything. PLUS, they use nickel in their rings so you better hope you're not allergic (1 in 5 chance) because they will do nothing to help you afterwards and they will lie that their rings don't contain nickel when they do. Wish we never bought here. Can I give negative stars?
