Excellent service and very clean. They take time to sanitize, explain cost, and great foot massages at the end of the pedicures! Moon is my favorite, but so many others I have had are also good. No complaints at all. Highly recommended

Awful services...These people are deceiving and crooked as they UPCHARGE you for every little thing...So ask before you do...Their beverages are awful instant coffee to make one turnover in their grave and PC water! The services were not spa like at all. Will go back to my mom and pop shop in King City any day before returning here!

This was my second time to this establishment, When within the first five minutes I the nail tech cut me with the metal drill leaving my finger tip bleeding like crazy. I immediately went to the receptionist in which seemed to not care at all and when I asked for the manager, she could not provide me with someone. Not only was I unable to speak to the person in charge, but she watched my finger bleed without asking me if I would like to get a bandage or anything to stop the bleeding. I told her that I would like some cleaning some cleaning solutions because I didn’t know if the metal drill tip was clean. She then offer for the same inexperienced nail tech to finish doing my nails for free... I refused as I was traumatized by her and when I asked for a experienced nail tech the receptionist said she my nails would no longer be free but rather it would be 30% off... For the entire week to come the cut continued to bleed and I was unable to type and function properly at work. I will NEVER BE GOING BACK HERE! Go at your own risk!
