I went into this location in July and paid for a painting in full that the cashier told me would be at the store for me in one week. I called in October (mid) to ask if my painting had arrived it had been a long time and was frustrated. The employee understood my frustration but went on to say that it was in transit and it would be here by October 31st. If it wasn’t at the store by that day she would refund me. I never received a call back so I went into the store November 3. The employees were very rude and told me they would not refund me. Actually one of them turned to me and said “ did you see our signs?? We’re closing down”. How is it my problem that you are closing down??? I work hard for my money. I can’t throw $350 down the drain. Instead they wanted me to feel bad for them because they were losing their job. Maybe one of them should give me my $350 back ? They told me I have to call head office, which I have. It gave me a voicemail and promises to return your call after one business day.....they haven’t called me yet....maybe there is only 1 customer service rep? I regret buying anything at all from this place. It’s no wonder they are going out of business. Employees that are rude and a head office that seems like a joke as well....recipe for failure.

I have purchased many items of furniture, paintings and decor pieces over the last 5 years. I recently moved to Mississauga, however, I work in this area and keep going back to this store because of the excellent service and the beautiful merchandising of the store. It's a pleasure to walk through at any time. The store manager is extremely helpful and professional every time I visit the store. Also her staff are very knowledgeable and courteous.
