So I bought the case Dec 16 2018. I went back to tell the guy Dec 17 that it kept falling off and he said well this case is no good we will be getting some new ones soon. I said well this happens so can I get a refund I have my receipt from yesterday. He said no refunds so I said but you sold me a defective product and even said yourself it was no good. He said I'm sorry ser this is our policy. So I dont recommend any store that responds this way. In fact I do plan to escalate this. It is only 25 dollars but I dont believe they should have a store in the mall. Terrible service
