Thr Guy with tattoos all over hiis arms (Tecumseh mall) is extremely rude... He made me feel like a thief, checking and accusing me of stealing things from the box I returned, that some headphones someeone at the other store gave me. Then they refused me a refund because I used said earphones, which I didn't. They looked at the phone for half an hour for scratches. I'm an older lady, I used the phone once and it was crap and returned it as per their policy. I just wanted to report the muscular guy with tats because he shouldn't be arguing an accusing an elderly lady of things. He also made me go all the way home, I'm disabled to get said earphones that the other store gave me(Devonshire) and Then said we can't return your phone after returning to the the same day after an hour of driving. This is business, customers come first. Apparently not here. The African American guy at Devonshire was very sweet and helpful. 4 stars for him. If it was my business tattoo baldish guy would be fired.
