I love your store, let me say that at the getgo but trying to get to an actual website to browse ahead is impossible. Why can't anyone just click on the store of their choice and shop or browse? I click on whatever branch and I end up on your store locator site.I don't need to be told what store is closer, I know where your 2 stores are. To be asked details of where I live and my e-mail is intrusive, something that should be simple and enjoyable is now complicated, intrusive and frankly a pain in the...lol. And no worries, it's not just you guys but yours wins the prize for the biggest face palm. I feel better now and I'll continue to do my monthly visit, your staff are the friendliest and most helpful of all the retail stores I shop at but please I'm begging here, do something about your online site, user friendly it is not.
