barber - "Moose", inexperienced. When told to give a fade on sides with some on top, he used a number 1 all around, no fade. Front staff was rude and manager at the time did not help, no apology was offered. Barber didn't wear their masks properly either, with mask below their noses. I will be making a further complaint to the franchise owners and will send them a copy of my receipt of service and picture of haircut.

do not go to Ned, the worst haircut I've ever had, 3 days later, I still can't make sense of it. I explained what I wanted very well and this guy might has well of shaved my head. I was so pissed, especially since I let my hair grow out a bit to obtain a certain style. Totally f..... it up. I'll never go back unless Sam goes back
