Purchased a glass protector for my S8 in July of '18. Took 3 replacements of THAT screen to get it to fit and not have a huge irridescent air bubble under the screen. Screen lasted until June '19, when I needed to have it replaced. Returned to this "kiosk" and bought a replacement screen. Didn't work as intended. Strike 1. Went back after 2 days of dead spots and that shiny air bubble under screen. Replaced. Before I evem left the mall, it was back. Went back. They rubbed it with cloth, said "thats all we can do". 15 minutes later, at home, the top corners of screen started to lift. Strike 2. Went back AGAIN next day. Explained the situation to them that I had been there day previous, MADE them replace it again. New screen, same problem. Got home and screen started to lift. So I went back a 3RD time, and not in a very pleasant manner I should add. After being "greeted" by the two ladies who were "working" at the time, I informed them that the screens I had invested in thus far over the last 3 days had all had the same problem, and wanted to know what they were going to do to fix it. "Nothing we can do about that as youve already had 3 replacements" is what I got from them. But, I was invited to leave my contact information for the manager, who was supposed to call me by the Friday (this 3rd visit was on a Sunday.) Friday came and went, and it came to today before I truly began to lose my patience. I called the "kiosk" and got through "2 weeks ago, I was in to have my screen on my..." before the employee finished my sentence with "S8 right?" So I said yes, that was me, and I was told to come in before 5 pm today for yet ANOTHER replacement screen. I went. As I stood by the kiosk waiting for them to finish their talking to each other, they both eyed me over like I was interrupting. When I was finally acknowledged with a "can I help you", the employee recognized my voice and knew what I was there for. In less than 10 seconds, she had my phone out of the case, on the table, and new screen on. Of course, while loudly informing me that this was the last time they could do anything for me. I bluntly said to them that if this didnt fix the problem this time, I wouldnt BE coming back. To make a long story short, the corners of this protector lifted as well. Useless. Well, Im out $30 for the glass, and Im not happy about it. But, I will do my utmost to drive AWAY business from them, to save anyone else from suffering with these defective products. That, I will be happy about. I will be going to ANYWHERE else to get a new screen put on. Speaking Phones has definitely lost my business. And, hopefully after reading this, you wont allow them to lose yours. Save yourself the headache and just walk right on past...
