We purchased a pair of sunglasses and before walking away, we realize they were broken. We asked for a different pair. She didn’t have them so we ask for a refund. She proceeded to tell us no refunds... mind you we haven’t even walked away yet. I stood there and pleaded with her until she gave us a refund. She was incredibly rude and degrading for absolutely no reason. Definitely won’t be back.

I bought a pair of sunglasses 2 days ago, wore them twice in photos and they become loose in the middle and were wobbly and crooked. I took them back and they tried saying she was working so I didn’t buy them there, until I showed them the payment in my bank. Then they said no refunds. You cannot claim to refunds and think you can rip people off. I won’t let this go and will be taking the proper steps

I had boughten 2 pares of sunglasses and they are good but i scratched one of the pairs the first day of purchase. The next day i went in with the receipt to see what they could do for me. She said that i didnt buy them the day before and that shes been there for 20 years and hasent had one come in with it that scratched up the next day. Id understand if she said unfortunately theres nothing we could do but it seemed she wastryingtonotgivemeanew1
