We purchased a pair of sunglasses and before walking away, we realize they were broken. We asked for a different pair. She didn’t have them so we ask for a refund. She proceeded to tell us no refunds... mind you we haven’t even walked away yet. I stood there and pleaded with her until she gave us a refund. She was incredibly rude and degrading for absolutely no reason. Definitely won’t be back.

I bought a pair of sunglasses 2 days ago, wore them twice in photos and they become loose in the middle and were wobbly and crooked. I took them back and they tried saying she was working so I didn’t buy them there, until I showed them the payment in my bank. Then they said no refunds. You cannot claim to refunds and think you can rip people off. I won’t let this go and will be taking the proper steps

I had boughten 2 pares of sunglasses and they are good but i scratched one of the pairs the first day of purchase. The next day i went in with the receipt to see what they could do for me. She said that i didnt buy them the day before and that shes been there for 20 years and hasent had one come in with it that scratched up the next day.
