Tried the product . It DID NOT WORK. Made a mess of the vehicle. Was told the next day they would not take it or exchange it because we used it with water. This is a “Buyer Beware” store. Complete rip off. Should be against the law to sell junk and not let you return it when you are not satisfied. The products and service are pathetic. The Dollar Store has better products than this place does. Lesson learned.BUYER BEWARE!!!

I have purchased several items from Showcase at Devonshire Mall and have never had any problems. I know family and friends who shop there as well and have not had problems. One person had to return their item and was able to exchange their item for another one and was satisfied.

Keep your receipt because many of the products disappoint (Big Red hose nozzle, for example). Return policies vary based on what product is being returned, but no way will you ever EVER get your money back. In the case of the Big Red, I can get another one or get something else in exchange - but I have only 14 days to do it and ONLY with the receipt. This has been their policy for years and I'm ashamed to say I had a similar bad experience before with another product, and forgot their very user-UNfriendly return policy. I will never ever shop there again, nor should you!
