The cost was $175.00, which is MORE expensive than getting same service done at a prestigious salon anywhere downtown... the way a MacDonalds hamburger compares to a hamburger at Moxies.... low skill. I didn't care about the cost. BUT I cared about the highlights and cut. The cut is bad, hair is burned from the highlights, and color ended up like rotting hay.
