Extremely rude customer service and I am assuming racist because I cant think of another possible reason for this behaviour. No one at the store greeted me despite me being the only person in the store shopping apart from one more person paying at the checkout counter and several employees in the store doing nothing. When I went to pay for my things, the woman at the counter (elder, with short white hair) quickly started to engage the other customer paying for her things and randomly started asking her about her work, her family and friends, where she lived and studied, what she was doing in Windsor and how long was she staying and many other random things , even though she could see that I was waiting to pay for my things. This kept on for 20 minutes before she let that customer leave and then I walked up to pay for my order. She did not say ONE word to me, No apology, no hello , no how are you, no thank you. NOTHING AT ALL, even after my 5 year old girl complained to me about the long wait times and how tired she was. the woman quietly took my thinks, punched it in and slammed the receipt down without a word. Horrible customer service. I spend a lot of money at LaSenza but never encountered this at any other store. Never going back to this location
