As I was searching for Hickory Farms this year, I was delighted to see they were open but in a store space instead. I was greeted by a nice gentleman named Keagan. Immediately, I was impressed by his professionalism and presentation. This year, due to Covid-19, there is no sampling of any kind, which I was clearly bummed out about! But I was glad Keagan was there as he was able to point out different combinations that would go well together while being budget conscious. I was able to buy all of my gifts for friends and relatives in what felt like a short amount of time due to Keagan’s kind demeanor. Thank you so much for the pleasant experience! Nice to know we still have sales people that are so customer focused.

Went to hickory farms at Devonshire mall and the lady that help me was amazing she help me with every person on my Christmas list I thought that I was maybe going to get one gift for my father in law ended up getting all my list even stocking stuffers she let me try everything in her sample tray it was the best service I had . I will defiantly be going back a big Thankyou to Shannon you made my hickory farms experience wonderful you are a great sales person like I said went there for one gift and ended up with eight ! Thankyou again!
