I brought my Microsoft Surface Pro 3 into the Experimax at Devonshire Mall to have the glass screen replaced at a cost of $340. When I got home and removed the temporary plastic coating I noticed spider cracking coming from the same corner which was originally broken. I returned it to Experimax not even 24 hours after picking it up and was told that there was nothing they could do. I am a single father living paycheque to paycheque. HORRIBLE!!!
