My very first purchase from boathouse was made in April online and unfortunately I had missed the deadline to do a return and due to the pandemic the store wasn't open. I wasn't comfortable taking my kids to the mall to exchange the shoes until we hit phase 3, so today we went in expecting to do an exchange but unfortunately the kids selection is very limited, anyways without us even asking we were offered a return if we didn't find anything wr liked. I was shocked and very impressed..as I was waiting in line to do the return I was watching the person behind the counter thoroughly disinfect and clean every single item before calling the next person up(she happened to be the manager) I cannot begin to explain how thorough her cleaning and disinfecting routine was I honestly felt at ease and knew that this store was taking all extra precautions to make sure their staff and customers stay safe. She was super sweet and understanding about my return, I thanked her for being so thorough and she began to explain how important it is for her and her family and she treats her customers no different. What a pleasant experience. It may have been my first purchase but definitely not my last. Thank you for caring about our families. Stay safe everyone ❤
