As I was walking into metro yesterday, a worker was spraying down the carts to disinfect them. The manager named Christian said " hey thats expensive you know" the tone he used was incredibly rude. Furthermore I am quite sure her name is not "hey" maybe as a manager you should first take the time to learn your workers names and address them as such, and secondly not speak rude to them. If you do that in front of a customer, I can just imagine when no one is around. Also it shows you are more about saving money rather than cleäing the carts properly to protect your valued customers.

Today it is my birthday, so my husband went picked me up a cake from metro but when we opened the cake the strawberries were rotten with mold. I took it back and I explained that he just picked up the cake like 2hrs ago and when we opened it the strawberries were bad. One of the lady explained that due to the covid-19 they don't except returns and I do understand that and she asked me to freeze the cake till when everything goes back to normal. I was not happy about it because her and the manager I spoke too could've easily looked at the cake without touching it and just replaced my birth day cake but they couldn't even do that for me. That was the only thing I was looking forward too due to the covid-19. All I want to say to the metro lady and the manager I spoke too, thanks for helping me celebrate the worst birthday ever. I was not asking for much, all I wanted was a birth day cake, just a cake, that's all I wanted. Thank you
