Had a very rude Sonia wait on me at Food Basic Tim Hortons. Bought Gift Cards, Sonia never offered me the sleeve to put the cards in. Was curt & abrupt. I felt dismissed as a customer. Will never buy anything from Tim's again if she is on that shift. Sincerely, Lila Bennett

Had a very unpleasant experience with a rude staff today morning. A rude staff started talking in disrespected sarcastic way to me when I asked about being in line got the people behind me served before me. When I asked about the manager, she replied that the manager is not around until 8:00 am. Incompetent rude staff. She ruined our start of the day
