The head pharmacist at this location (older male) came up to the desk with his mask over his mouth but not his nose. I was completely taken aback as masks are mandatory in public places and he is in health care serving the elderly and providing prescriptions for others with health issues. When I pointed out he was not wearing his mask properly so I would be stepping back 6 feet (which I immediately did) he took offence to me pointing his failure out and stormed away saying he would speak with me later. I told him, ‘No, someone else can assist me’, and one of the 3 poor women behind the counter working with this egomaniac came and politely helped me. He never did put his mask on properly. Not only putting everyone coming into the pharmacy at risk but also the pharmacy assistants forced to be there with him if they want to keep their jobs. This behaviour is unacceptable to the point of being borderline criminal. The College of Pharmacists will, I’m sure, be disgusted to hear about this behaviour.

The service was terrible, they were rude and uninformative. If I could give no stars at all I would. They treated us like we were garbage, totally unacceptable. Never coming here again. Definitely would not recommend.
