I usually never go anywhere but my specific salon but I gave this salon a chance since I work at the Whitby Mall. Within a week, I had two broken nails & 6 of my nails were missing shellac. I visited the salon within the SAME WEEK OF GETTING MY NAILS DONE and they refused to fix my nails free of charge. That's not customer service & goes against the nail salon "policies" in general. My nails looked terrible due to their lack of professionalism. Do not waste your time going here, their products are also cheap.
