Location near Passport office. Older gentleman took my pic, knew specs required for passport requirements. If pic was rejected, just go back and he'd do a re-do (did not have to). Quick, convenient, easy.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. The older man who works there is a complete terror! He was ready to fight a 3 year old for not Immediately responding to his yelling. When I politely explained to him that he was a child, and to not yell at him, he asked if the child was autistic? I didn't realize that not responding promptly to screaming, yelling and overall psychotic behavior was a marker of autism, nor did I realize that working in a photo

Unfortunately the man behind the counter and taking Photos was rude and ignorant. We were trying to get a new passport photo for our newly born son as the ones from Walmart were rejected. He had no patience for us or our son. He would say nothing other than come back when he is happy and wide awake. I am sure if you were not beside passport canada you would have no business. Maybe a class in customer service or some sensitivity training would do you good. Extremely disappointing...
