Purchased a stove almost 2 years ago. Oven quit working a week before Xmas. I did purchase the Solid Gold Warranty. Service tech did come out on the 27th of Dec. Stated it needed a new sender board and broil element. 2 major parts for a stove not 2 years old. Frigidaire stove. That is not even what is really upsetting. I have not heard anything since Tried I don't know how many times calling warranty office plus the store. Left a number of messages. I have not had a stove for over 3 weeks. One number I did finally get thru said their waiting for the approval from warranty to repair the stove. Why buy a warranty if they won't repair it. Very frustrating and stressful that should not be.

Worst store ever RUN!!! First of all read all small writing ALL Sales Final so if BAD BOY’S website is cheaper don’t expect them to match it!! All Prices in store are inflated by 50% check BADBOY website first!! Customer Service is horrible it took over 20 minutes to be noticed. I can go on for days about this place. People PLEASE GO TO THE BRICK OR LEONS at least you can refund within a certain about of time. Buyers remorse is important!! My time to be exact was under 10 hours and told All Sales final and the website is a different entity!! Wow

I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing from Lastman’s Bad Boy. I first left a message and was told I’d have a phone call returned within 24 hours. It’s been 4 days of trying to get in touch with someone regarding a $1500 couch I purchased. Once I was finally able to get through I was given the run around by a sassy employee who kept cutting me off mid sentence. This employee then assured me my email would be confirmed and that I’d have a follow up phone call. Guess what? Didn’t happen. When I called back asking to specifically speak with a manager, I was told that I’d be called back to rectify communication issues. Oh, guess what? No call was made. For those of you wanting to purchase furniture: support companies that have a consistent and structured system with friendly, supportive, informative communication. Lastman’s Bad Boy is a joke to deal with to say the least.
