I used to purchase all my cosmetic products from this store..... That was because the cosmetician was Fabulous..... Sarah, but unfortunately for your store ..... Sarah left (don't know why but if it was managements doing huge mistake! ) I myself have tried to get used to the new Girls working there..... some are a bit better than others but have definitely limited my shopping there to minimal...... and I know I'm not alone with how I now perceive the new staff..... and I'm sure yours overall cosmetic sales are reflecting this..... It would be in your best interest to go and get that Sarah back no matter what it takes.
