Visited this location with my wife. I was going to buy her a television set. We decided on a nice Samsung 55inch. There was an Indian sales person that was assisting us. This guy didn't want to sell me what in wanted. He wanted us to buy a more expensive TV. He kept trying and trying not taking no for an answer. Very uncomfortable. Finally he took the TV we wanted to the cash. He messed up charging my credit card and it was locked. We left without the TV. He gave us the canceled sales form. When I got home I decided to read it. I was so pissed of this asshole was giving us a refurbished TV and never said anything. I went there to support our local community, I will never set foot in that place again.

We made our first visit to Vision Electronics on our journey to purchase a new TV and were fortunate to have Tristan assist us. He took time to explain the various models and technology, making recommendations based on our needs. We also spoke with Thanu who reinforced what he felt would be our best purchase, again, with our needs as the priority. We would recommend this team to anyone from tech newbie to expert - the service was fantastic. Thank you both!
