Just purchased a gift card, and the code on the back of the card got damaged, and could not be read.. Returned to Shoppers and the cashier indicated nothing can be done... and what's to say you didn't use the card, destroyed the back just to get a new one. She called a supervisor and again I was told nothing can be done. Once cards are sold they can not be returned..... As I was leaving cashier sarkastically said..have a nice evening.
