Desr staff, over the years various customers have not sensed a friendly overtone. I say this without malice. But it tales only 1 bitchy member or boss - to infect everyone. Unfortunately, the hoppers right beside you had older staff with the same suspicious nastiness. Until they took on younger staff-who ate friendly. Any kind staff at Fabricland are no longer there. Except one sweet young lady who greeted me re covid. But their overall nastiness was years before covid. I was surprised my brother in law, a retired supervisor , and his wife, my sister, experienced the same attitude as I do. The present staff at Fabticland (I'm thinking of the lady who crashed me out yesterday) are not US customs officers at Detroit (who are renowned for their horrible wannabe cop attitude.). So please be s little kinder. And I dont mean that forever with a customer while a line up is waiting. I believe it's the mgmt who might be pouring out a bad attitude on the staff. But I dont know. The nice people - except for a few- are not there.
