The cashier was more concerned with talking to other employees than serving me. I felt like I was intruding. In stead of helping me with the air miles she told me to go online on do it myself. It may me easy for her but at 72 years old it's no easy task for me, if fact it was an impossible task . Then she started to smirk at me when leaving the store.

Great service. Very friendly and helpful staff who know where everything is. Kudos especially to Moe who sorts my computer problems an Eric and Tyler who are always helpful and never make me feel silly with any questions.

Ordered an iPad pro, website said delivery by Aug 28, confirmation email said Aug 28-Sept 9. It's now September 28 and their phone number is invalid and when connected by the mall, there was no answer on any of their lines. At this point I can't recommend Staples for ordering anything on-line.
