I just spoke with the manager of Welland SportChek . I wanted to exchange a pair of shoes that I had worn five times and my toe is starting to come through the material. He claimed that this is normal wear and tear on the shoes. He gets a new pair of shoes every three months. So we are supposed to spend $200 on a pair of shoes and throw them out after three months? PATHETIC!
