The staff at the Welland location made our shopping experience so much fun. They know their product, and will make the right recommendations for you. They made us feel safe while shopping during Covid, with their attention to cleaning and sanitizing. I have received numerous compliments on my new glasses! I will definitely return, and recommend them to my family and friends.

I decided to try this store a few weeks ago and I did not feel welcome, they were unfriendly. When I picked up my glasses today I was a little early for my appointment and I was told that they make appointments for a reason. As the store was empty and they were just sitting and chatting, I didn't see why this was a problem. This was my first time there and it will be my last, bad customer service'
