Bought a pair of new small gold hoop earrings for first time in 30 years today. Inner post was so long that one of the earrings literally snapped trying to get it to close. And with a no return policy, this place screwed me over. Will never buy from here again.

I bought a ring . Stones kept falling out.. when I went back I was told there was nothing they can do about the stones falling out.. so I told them I wanted to return the ring..was told I couldn't return because I sized the ring.. I walked out of the store and threw the ring in the garbage where it belonged. Never buy there again
