Never go to Travis, he is a liar and a goof! I explained my situation with my cell to him, everything seemed ok for the moment. He suggested I return with the other phone I have at home cuz I don't want to change my plan to the "only" other solution of an extra $25.00 a month but a new cell which at first he said I cannot get! I asked for a cheaper plan and he said that there was none so I decided on the other cell. When I returned, I had a 20 to 30 minute wait in line only to be told that he is going for lunch and someone else can help me! I had to go thru everything again with Dave and he not only solved my problem he gave me 2 other options for cheaper plans which Travis denied me!!! When Travis got back from lunch he totally ignored me and wouldn't even acknowledge me with my new cell in my hand!!! STAY AWAY FROM TRAVIS!!!
