TERRIBLE CUSTOMER RELATIONS...Had a couch (very neutral grey colour) for 30 hours...we could not get it into our downstairs .. our fault for not measuring correctly....even tried taking out some drywall and parts of our ceiling...pleaded for an exchange...NOT A REFUND an exchange...would even of spent more money if necessary, big fat NO...used covid as poor excuse...1300 out the window. BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THEM.

My husband and I ordered a sectional from the most lovely sales associate, Denise on November 8th . She informed us that it would be 6-8 week delivery and that she would put a rush on it for us as we were without a couch . She informed us that deliveries are made in Friday’s and that because of Covid they would only drop off outside .. we agreed and that’s on us so we were not expecting them to deliver inside my home. She asked twice if we were okay with that so we understood in full. I received a call from another awesome humans , Polly to inform me that the pillow pattern I ordered was unavailable and because I don’t live close and could not go and chose she sent me pics of popular patterns via text message .. that was awesome !!! I really wanted this couch before Christmas but where they were be in lockdown I was okay with getting it after Christmas ...... however....... I received a call Tuesday dec 22nd fro Polly ( my Christmas miracle angel ) who informed me that I was going to get it on December 23rd .... WHAT ???? Yes I was soooo excited . I received a call from the driver on the 23rd , who ticks me that he was the guy who actually made our couch and said they the owner wanted to get as many shipments out that were ready and once again told us that the delivery had to be left outside . I will definitely be going back and have told all my family and friends how happy my husband and I both were with this establishment. Annnd our sectional is unbelievable, we just love it. Thank you so much for making my Christmas

I was in the process of paying for a recliner when Covid happened and I have called the store and there is no answering machine or anything! I wish someone would call and let us know what is going on , if it could be delivered to our doorstep or a refund if possible . If anyone from the store sees this please call your customers!!

I understand your store is closed... Why can’t you call your existing customers so the people with deposits can be reassured of their order. Service like this makes me wish I would have ordered from Leon’s or the Brick. Check your outstanding orders and have the decency to call!! Fonthill

Don't buy anything from this people there are the worse people and owner to deal with..they are very dishonest , they said your order will come in anytime soon. .weeks and weeks and turn into months no response or results , they promise and promise the don't fulfill there obligations..it is the worse store to deal with...you people out there don't buy from them...there terrible.

I had bought a sofa , loveseat and chair from the welland store and was pleased with what I bought .I recommend this place to my parents ( so sorry mom and dad) .They received the furniture they bought months later the cushions didn't fit .They were too small a month later the store lent them cushions that fit but were used .They were told that they were putting a rush on the replacement cushions.Well now still no cushions and we are into a new year the furniture was purchased in early September.The company has no head office phone number !! Odd I would say! I will never recommend this furniture to another .Also plan to call BBB .

i was just looking at this time. This is the only place you should buy a sofa. For the price of everything in store you will get choice of materials, colours, style (left or right facing chaise or both) on sectionals and staff are very helpful. And a very descent layaway plan. I will be buying from here. Bring in your measurements. And even sales. It's a four store until I actually buy one. :)

I bought an L Shaped sofa from their Hamilton Eastgate Square store. Had a bed built in. Tried it out in store and found it comfortable. The sofa they sent me was not the one I bought. The company will not help you at all. They just turn their back on you. I took the cushion to an upholstery maker for an opinion and he said the foam they used is meant for seating on heavy equipment machinery and trucks and should never be used in a sofa. The company will do nothing to help you and they are dishonest and deceitful
